We want you to be happy with ExposureFlow AI. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for paid plans and credit purchases.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund of a paid plan or credit pack within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the credits or features included with that purchase.

2. What is non-refundable

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits already spent on ad impressions or clicks delivered to other surfers
  • Promotional, bonus, or referral-earned credits
  • Subscription renewals after the 7-day window of that renewal
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions (fraud, bot abuse, prohibited content)

3. How to request a refund

Email us through the Contact page within the eligible window. Include your account email, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund. We aim to review every request within 3 business days.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your current paid period remains active until its end date.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve issues directly and faster. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
