By creating an account or using ExposureFlow AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One account per person; multi-accounting is grounds for termination and credit forfeiture.
2. The Service
ExposureFlow AI is a traffic-exchange and advertising platform. Members earn credits by surfing other members' ads and spend credits to display their own. Plans, credit values, and earning rates may change with notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use bots, auto-clickers, VPN spoofing, or any automation to inflate credits or referrals; (b) submit ads containing illegal content, malware, phishing, adult content, hate speech, or content that infringes intellectual property; (c) attempt to bypass timers, frame-busters, or security measures; (d) resell, share, or transfer your account.
4. Advertising rules
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of any URL or creative you submit. We may reject, pause, or remove any ad at our discretion. Sites must load over HTTPS, must not auto-download files, and must not break out of the surf frame.
5. Credits & payments
Credits are an in-platform unit of account with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Paid plans and credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Pricing is shown at checkout in your local currency where supported.
6. Referral program
You may earn a percentage of credits earned by users who join through your referral link, subject to anti-fraud review. We may adjust or revoke referral rewards if abuse is detected.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, unused credits and pending referral commissions may be forfeited.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, traffic quality, conversion rates, or earning amounts.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExposureFlow AI's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates take effect constitutes acceptance.
